Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Commercial Lawyer with a strong understanding of commercial law and corporate law
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage complex caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in managing teams and mentoring junior members
- Proficiency in using technology to enhance performance
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver strategy and annual business plans in collaboration with the Executive Partner
- Manage a complex mixed caseload of client matters without supervision
- Provide high-quality legal advice and proactively manage client relationships
- Lead, manage, and motivate staff to achieve firm fee targets
- Ensure efficient and timely credit management processes are adhered to
- Analyse key performance indicators to enhance team performance
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and professional development activities
