Payroll & Pensions Manager
An exciting opportunity which will report to the People Director and manage a team of 4. Providing payroll support to multi sites and 900+employees
A varied role and some key responsibilities:
- Management of team and motivation of team throughout a period of change
- Oversee the full process for monthly payroll
- Take a part in the new payroll systems implementation project
- Because you know what good looks like, offer new ideas to continuous improvement projects
- Forecasting
- Form strong stakeholder relationships with the business and wider People Team
