Mathematics Teacher

Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated? VNA Education are looking for a qualified mathematics teacher to work a permanent position in an Outstanding rated secondary school in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching maths to Key stages 3, 4 and 5, helping them excel to reach there full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a challenging and stimulating classroom environment to motivate pupils.
  • Be aware of the learning needs of your students, ensuring each one has every opportunity to fulfil their potential.
  • Possess the passion to teach and make a difference.
  • Contribute to the Maths department, providing vision, direction, and support to colleagues.
  • Plan and deliver high-quality Maths lessons, inspiring and engaging students.
  • Monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure academic success.

Requirements:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in mathematics.
  • A passion for maths and a commitment to providing an outstanding learning experience for students.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
