As a Process Improvement Lead you'll lead the overall business on the creation of consistent ways of working by identifying opportunities for improving efficiencies through the implementation of process adherence and improvements.

With experience and/or qualifications in Continuous Improvement or Lean Methodology, you'll work alongside the Service Optimisation activities to ensure the delivery of a set of process artefacts for operational use. Working in collaboration with group technology and the business to identify technical change development and fixes, you'll need experience of working with business processes and technology stacks such as MS dynamics

A functional knowledge of Dynamics, Azure and the ability to provide leadership and guidance to senior stakeholders on the existing and future business processes is vital.

This is a hybrid role with a base location offered at our offices in London or Norwich. Candidates will be expected to work from the office at least one day per month.

Applicants must be able to travel across the region as required.
