Our client requires a Laboratory Product Specialist to undertake a variety of user support functions. They are committed to rewarding their employees for their impactful challenging work, so here are the perks:

You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:

  • Degree educated (relevant biomedical discipline)
  • Full UK / EU (or equivalent) Driving Licence
  • Previous experience with Clinical Chemistry and Immunology testing
  • Understanding of the Diagnostics industry and familiar with working in a multicultural environment (strongly desired)
  • Proven track record of troubleshooting experience (desired)
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and web delivery tools (advantageous)
  • Enjoy advancing your knowledge and undergoing training
  • Empathetic and great listener with good Customer Service skills
  • Enjoy change and new challenges

In this role you will be working in and amongst the Systems Support department, reporting to the Technical Manager, where you will be responsible for providing vital support remotely and / or directly. You will also be responsible for:

  • Be responsible for providing application, technical or scientific support to internal/external customers
  • Handle customer enquiries from the acceptance of application product problems through to case resolution
  • To deliver sustainable solutions for support cases
  • Deliver customer training
  • Provide onsite support activities

Full Time: Laboratory Product Specialist

Location: Field Based across South of Wales, quarterly meetings in Burgess Hill

Salary: £200 - £230 per day (PAYE) OR £265.27 - £305.06 per day (UMB)

9 month contract inside of IR35
