Overview

This newly created role is testament to my client's ambition and drive to bring their Recruitment Solutions to new clients across multiple Countries. Working for one of Europe's largest Recruitment Agencies as a Global Sales Director , they have the infrastructure, technology and great people to support and sustain fresh growth within this arena.

Offering fully remote and flexible working, this role is responsible for new business development for clients where managed services solutions are required (RPO & MSP) primarily in Spain, Germany, Holland, Belgium & France and Luxembourg to name a few.

Job Purpose for the Sales Director

  • Reporting to the European Board, you will need to work effectively to leverage brand awareness into tangible opportunities which you can convert into long term partnerships.
  • Working strategically with your colleagues (bidding team) to identify and pro-actively influence a variety of prospective clients with a focus key sectors such as FMCG, Industrial, Manufacturing, Logistics, Call Centre, and Construction, again to give examples (not restricted to)
  • The ability to operate at all levels is integral as you will be holding meetings with a varied audience including C-Suite, Board Presentations & Discovery meetings.
  • You will build a long-term strategic plan for your territory, maintain high levels of insight into market development and tender opportunities whilst aligning your efforts with compliance, marketing channels and brand values.
  • Ultimate goal - to secure the business and win the contracts!

Experience, Skills and Knowledge

  • A proven track record in European Recruitment Sales and 'Wins'.
  • International Experience - B2B
  • Understanding and experience of European trading and processes
  • Multi-lingual is a big plus ! Spanish/Italian/German/French are of particular interest
  • Superb workload management and organisational skills
  • Strong Financial and Commercial Acumen
  • Preparation of RFI's, Bids and Tenders - team support provided
  • In depth knowledge of recruitment processes, costs, and legislation

Ad hoc travel to HQ is required and all client meeting will take place on teams in the main, minimising the need to stay away from home often.
