Business Development Manager needed in the hospitality / education / care home sector.

I'm currently working with a company who are on an exciting growth journey, having grown their turnover by 25% every year for the past 5 years. They solve procurement challenges for their clients by suppling a one stop shop for all catering, hygiene, and healthcare supplies - at a low cost, with quick delivery, and excellent customer service.

This company have a modern and rewarding culture, with impressive earning potential plus annual team holidays and event days.

The sales team is quickly growing across the country, therefore we're currently seeking a motivated BDM to drive growth across the Midlands area.

Salary: £40k to £45k base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped monthly commission (£15k year 1 OTE, £20k to £30k year 2) + company vehicle.

Location: Remote/field-based - covering Warwickshire, Northamptonshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, and Worcestershire.

Duration: Permanent

Requirements:

  • B2B sales experience targeting the hospitality, care home, or education sectors.
  • Successful track record in new business development and account management.
  • Ambitious and driven personality.

Job responsibilities:

  • Identifying and targeting new business opportunities.
  • Presenting products and solutions to clients in-person, understanding their needs, and providing customised proposals.
  • Regular travel as needed to build a portfolio of accounts.
  • Developing strong relationships with decision makers.
  • Delivering continuous account management and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Managing customer expectations.
  • Logging sales activity in the company's CRM system.
