Juice is supporting a key client with the appointment of a Senior Supply Chain and Operations Manager.
This role is integral to the successful running of the day to day operations of a global business and you'll need to have a strong background in import / customs and international freight.
DAY TO DAY:
Managing all day to day international freight andcustoms paperwork
Applying VAT where required for custom & excise imports across multiple worldwide locations
Warehouse stock control - liaising with 30 suppliers re costs, transport arrangements and schedules
Having an awareness of manufacturing processes
Processing large customer orders to deadline, raising purchase orders and updating CRM systems
Managing 3rd party installation teams based across Europe, US and Middle East,
Liaising with clients on the phone and over email
Maintaining a close working relationship with the in-house finance manager
Managing 1 team member, liaising with the Sales team, business owner / business partner
Being a systems expert, acting with high levels of accuracy and attention to details
Leading on all intercompany purchasing and all multi-currency purchasing
Managing all supplier relations, researching new prices / quotes for Freight forwarding or shipping agents if required
This role is based within a global business with ambitious growth plans. Long term opportunities could be to take on much more seniority within the overall framework.
