Development Manager - Residential Estate
Salary - £55,000
Working Pattern - Monday - Friday operation
Location - N17
The Development Manager will have principal responsibility for the effective and efficient management
of the development/s designated to them. They should utilise staff, contractors and the other
resources available to them to ensure the highest quality of service is provided, commensurate with
the requirements of any management contract, tenancy agreements, service level of agreement or
otherwise.
What we are looking for:
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of building, managing and maintaining relationships with the clients/team in a high-level setting. You will be a problem solver with a desire to deliver the best service. The ideal candidate may be a 5* hotel manager or assistant hotel manager looking for a new challenge. You must be comfortable and thrive/enjoy dealing with the residence community as well as working closely with the developer.
There is an arrangement with a local Leisure club for the residences and the building boasts a roof garden and club room
Must have:
- Financial management of the development - remaining conscious of development budgets.
- Experience of working as Manager/Operation manager in a leading organisation that is renowned for 5* customer service.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients/guests/residents
- Facilities experience, health and safety knowledge, technical knowledge of a residents infrastructure - this is a new build so their will be snagging etc..
- Track record of delivering first-class customer service
- Knowledge and proven capability of all HR processes
- The development is still an on going project so you need to be comfortable with completing mobilisation management tasks

Property Management degree is desirable but not essential
