Description
- Manage the payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Resolve invoice discrepancies
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Prepare monthly reports
- Assist in month end closing
- Adhere to organisational procedures and policies
Profile
A successful Senior Purchase Ledger Assistant should have:
- An educational background in Accounting or Finance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Knowledge of accounts payable principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills
