Country Sales Manager

As a dynamic Country Sales Manager you will need to be ready to accelerate growth and build strong client
relationships. We are seeking a passionate Country Sales Manager to help this organisation
accelerate sales and revenue growth across the UK and some of Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Expand the customer base with a focus on the core products.
  • Collaborate with regional sales managers across the UK & Europe as well as sales support staff to enhance the sales strategy.
  • Exceed annual sales targets within your region.
  • Partner with various business units to develop a sustainable growth strategy.
  • Stay informed on market trends and provide valuable input to the product and technology teams.
  • Represent the business at major industry events and conferences

About you?

  • Proven experience as a technical sales manager or in a similar role.
  • Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and influencing abilities
  • Ability to explain and advise on the technology and understand networked computer systems
  • Experience in the security solutions market (advantageous)
  • Consultative in your approach
  • Working on complex projects
  • Degree in sales, marketing, or business administration.

The role

  • £50,000 - £60,000 depending on experience
  • Car Allowance - £500 per month
  • Commission
  • Remote based with frequent UK & some European Travel
