Sales Executive

Reed Guildford is working with a National Company who is on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive to join our vibrant showroom team. While previous experience is beneficial, a strong willingness to learn and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service are paramount. Day to Day of the Role:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the most suitable product, culminating in the agreement of sale.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations, adapt to customer buying strategies, and facilitate test drives.
- Negotiate price, payment methods, and finance arrangements within company guidelines.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to support the company's goals.
- Coordinate with Sales Administration to ensure product availability aligns with customer expectations, place orders, update records, and schedule additional services.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and foster ongoing relationships.
- Plan and organise personal selling activities, such as making calls to prospects, to secure new business.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the dealership to deliver a comprehensive service to customers.

Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 08:30 - 18:00 (with 1 hour for lunch) and a standard day off during the week.
- Saturday: 08:30 - 17:00
- Sunday: 10:00 - 16:00 (on a rota basis)
