Job Description:

Recruit UK is partnering with a welcoming and supportive company based in Silsden, West Yorkshire, to help expand their Mortgage Admin team. This bespoke firm is part of a national network and specialises in financial planning and mortgage advice, offering a personalized approach tailored to each client's unique needs. As part of this close-knit team, you'll be involved in the full administration process within the Mortgage team, making a meaningful impact every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with lenders, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Prepare client documents for meetings
  • Ensure a smooth and timely process for all applications
  • Process mortgage applications with care and attention to detail
  • Maintain accurate information and documentation within the system
  • Handle general administration duties, including email management

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Experience in an Administration role within a professional service (finance, legal, medical, banking)
  • Familiarity with CRMs and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
