- Liaising with directors, creditors, employers,customers, agents in early stages.
- Preparing paperwork for initial meeting.
- Liaising with manager.
- Attending meetings.
- Systemiation of all types of cases.
- Managing employees cases.
- Chasing third suppliers, managing correspondences and paperwork.
- Reviews and updates.
- Writing reviews and annual reviews.
- Managing difficult situations.
- In accordance with GDPR.
- Administration - documents, spreadsheets, typing, control sheets, vouchers, marketing,
- General admin - Use of Microsoft office, intermediate level, scanning, faxing, photocopying
- Ad - hoc duties
This is a trainee role, full training given, qualification can be gained. 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
