Job Title: Retention Administrator
Salary: £30,000 - £32,000
Benefits: 25 days holiday, private healthcare, 5% pension, 10 % company bonus (£3000)
Duration: Permanent
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Hours: Mon-Fri - 8.30 - 4.30 or 9.00am - 5.00pm - office based but flexible hours

Purpose of role
- Assisting the Sales team with new contracts, managing contract renewals, and maintaining the existing client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Management of the renewals for existing customer contracts
- First point of contact for contract renewals and ammendents
- Maximising the contract value by sharing additional services and checking account details for additional instruments that could be included
- Preparing quotations with correct pricing and communicating with customers by phone and email to negotiate, sell contracts and secure orders
- Generate Service Orders for the contracts sold to allow the Service Engineers to deliver the required activities
- Administering the sales process and managing all customer communication in the CRM system as per company standards
Experiences, skills and personal attributes;
- Customer Service or inside sales experience essential
- Skilled in co-ordinating contracts process both and and renewed
- Exceptional administration Skills
- Take ownership of work and keep on top of varied workloads
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills
- Methodical and accurate, works with precision
