Head of Finance Operations

Ignata Finance have been exclusively engaged on a 6-9 month contract for a medium sized Private Equity backed portfolio business. The role requires someone who has led large transactional teams within a transformation environment.

Job Summary

To manage and improve the performance of key finance operations teams, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Rebate Accounting, take the lead on Finance projects across the Group and the Financial Integration of acquired businesses.

Main Accountabilities & Responsibilities

Responsible for financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and rebate accounting;

Responsible for ensuring that all rebates are invoiced and then paid and that monthly balance sheet reconciliations are produced for the rebate debtor and rebate in stock provisions held on the balance sheet;

Support the Commercial team to ensure that the full functionality of the Enable rebate management system is being utilised;

Seek out methods and practices to increase flexibility, speed and efficiency in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

Lead on all financial systems work including automation and ensuring that systems strategy meets the needs of the organisation;

Lead on ad hoc operational and broader finance projects;

Lead on the Financial integration
