Are you an experienced HR professional with a passion for Employee Relations? My client based in Cannock is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to support them on a 12-month FTC. This role will include playing an essential role in managing complex ER cases while keeping a customer-focused approach at all times.
Key duties:
- Provide advice to employees
- Provide support and guidance on investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, appeals, absence management etc
- Identify opportunities for improvement in policies and procedures
- Support Business Partners with business objectives such as headcount requirements, performance issues, structure changes
- Work in collaboration with recruitment, L&D, HR
Job details:
- 12 month fixed-term contract
- £45,000 per annum
- Cannock, WS11 based
- Hybrid working
- Must be fully, or working towards, CIPD qualified
What you'll need to succeed
- Fully CIPD qualified (or at least working towards)
- Minimum of 3 years working in an Employee Relations role
- Experience working in a construction industry is advantageous
