The Casualty Claims Handler role:
- Assessing, investigating and negotiating casualty claims from cradle to grave.
- Liaising with insurers and third parties to gather info and provide updates.
- Resolving queries and providing expert advice throughout the claims process.
- Ensuing compliance with regulatory and company standards.
What you'll bring as a Casualty Claims Handler:
- Proven experience in dealing with casualty claims within an insurance brokerage.
- Insurance qualifications and experience with PI & Cyber claims is highly desirable!
- A sincere passion for delivering excellent client services.
- Possess strong technical knowledge of casualty insurance.
- Solid organisation, communication and time-keeping skills.
