Key Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional service and maintain professional, courteous relationships with our clients.
Forklift Operations: Licences are highly desirable but not essential. You will be required to move goods across the stores area to ensure continuous replenishment of materials to the shop floor.
Stock Management: Efficiently issue stock products and accurately record goods delivered into the stock system.
Order Fulfilment: Release products on back order and confirm customer deliveries promptly.
Inventory Control: Conduct rotational stock checks, record locations for new products, and adjust stock levels as needed.
Administrative Tasks: Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and authorised where necessary.
Team Collaboration: Attend site meetings and follow up on any issues within the store.
Hours of Work
Shift Pattern: 4-on, 4-off rotating 12 hour shift pattern 06:00-18:00 & 18:00-06:00 mornings and nights
Weekend Work: Must be committed and be prepared to work weekends as part of the rotating schedule on a 4 on 4 off 12 hour shift pattern mornings and nights.
