Job Title: German Speaking Customer Service Advisor
Location: Near Winsford, Cheshire
Salary: £29,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
Overview: We are an external recruiter supporting our client in their search for a dedicated German Speaking Customer Service Advisor. This is a fantastic opportunity for a native German speaker to join a dynamic team and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves managing customer orders, addressing pricing queries, and liaising between the supply chain and external sales partners. Due to the nature of the role, this is 100% office-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with order placements and processing orders accurately.
- Handle pricing queries efficiently and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain clear communication with the supply chain and external sales partners.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Deliver exceptional customer service in both German and English.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements:
- Native German speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
- Proven ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work well within a small team and contribute to a collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
