- Manage relationships with Ultra High Net Worth clients, ensuring the best customer journey from start to finish.
- Work independently of the operations and sales teams, holding them accountable to the client's needs.
- Handle client queries professionally, with attention to detail and accurate documentation, particularly in relation to insurance claims.
- Be part of a dynamic customer services team, contributing to a buzzing, high-energy environment.
- No construction industry experience required; previous experience managing high net-worth individuals or businesses in a customer service role is essential.
