Your responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries and update policy details
- Oversee renewal processes and contribute to new business acquisition
- Recommend financial products and explore opportunities to offer additional services
- Operate within FCA guidelines at all times
- Ensure every client interaction reflects a customer-first approach
What we're looking for:
- A self-assured, personable approach with an enthusiastic mindset
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Background in sales or customer-focused roles
- GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum Grade C/4 or equivalent)
- A valid driving licence and access to a personal vehicle
