They are recruiting for a Site Manager to join their team and manage an site in Grimsby.
As the Site Manager, your role will entail:
- The primary responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing all site activities.
- The Site Manager will lead and motivate a team of skilled tradespeople and subcontractors, fostering a collaborative and productive working environment.
- Ensuring all work meets the company's quality standards and complies with relevant regulations and specifications is crucial.
- Additionally, the Site Manager will implement and maintain stringent health and safety protocols on site, ensuring the safety of all workers and residents.
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing any concerns, and providing regular updates on project progress is essential. Proactively identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle is also a key aspect of the role.
This is a contract role with the opprtunity to go permanent with a great nationwide company. We are happy be able to facilitate an immeidate start.
