Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and volunteers, providing a welcoming and supportive atmosphere.
- Call Handling: Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and manage inquiries.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing general administrative support to the team.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate records, data entry, and filing.
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Communication Skills: You have a friendly demeanor and can communicate effectively with a diverse range of people.
- Organised and Efficient: Strong organizational skills to keep front desk operations running smoothly.
