Basic Salary: £25 000 (Depending on Experience)
**OTE:**£30,000 - £33,000+ (Uncapped)

A brilliant opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a winning team and multi-branch Estate Agency in Solihull
Responsibilities for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- Market Appraisal generation
- Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
- Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
- Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
- Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Hours are 9 - 5.30 weekdays with Saturdays on a rota basis for which a day in lieu in the week will be given. Saturday hours 9am - 4pm
