FINANCE ASSISTANT - ASAP START - SWINDON - 4-8 WEEKS ASSIGNMENT
Robert Half are thrilled to be working with a business in Swindon that are looking for a full-time Finance Assistant to join the team ASAP until end of April/May 2024.
- Processing invoices, credit notes & staff expenses to Sage 50.
- Scanning invoices to Virtual Cabinet.
- Prepare Payment runs via Bank.
- Assist with Bank reconciliation.
- Payment processing.
- Credit Cards processing and reconciliation.
- Deal with supplier queries.
- Maintenance of Accounts Payable ledger.
- Matching Invoices to Purchase Orders in Redthorn ERP System.
- Follow up price differences with relevant stakeholders.
- Sales Invoice printing.
