You as a PMO Manager will be leading the planning and execution of capital projects within the not-for-profit industry, based in Central London. You will work closely with heads of department to set up their portfolio management approach.

Description
You role -
- Work closely with Heads of department to set up their portfolio management approach
- Lead the planning and execution of capital projects.
- Ensure project goals are met in accordance with project plans.
- Manage team resources and coordinate with stakeholders.
- Monitor and report on project progress and performance.
- Develop comprehensive project plans and manage changes to project scope.
- Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
- Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
- Provide direction and support to the project team.
Profile
What you need to be successful:
- Experience with capital projects - Building portfolio made up of building and maintenance projects.
- Experience of estates strategy, governance and team development
- Capital delivery experience
- PMO experience - leading on setting up the portfolio approaches for Directors.
- Experience of reporting and governance
- Experience of risk management and developing scope and pipeline of projects
- MS Projects (essential)
- Experience with Aha (desirable)
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ideally public sector experience
Job Offer
- £500 - £550 Per Day (OUTSIDE IR35).
