Role: Commercial Property Solicitor or Executive
PQE: 3 - 8 PQE
Location: Cradley Heath
Salary: DOE £45,000 - £60,000 + doe
Simpson Judge are proud to be assisting a multi officed and disciplinary client of ours in their search for a midlevel Commercial Property Solicitor or Executive, who has prior experience and knowledge handling a full caseload of Commercial Property files. The successful candidate will be joining a strong team with around 8 current peers, at a variety of levels including junior team members to a couple of Partner who would be able to offer further support, guidance or even someone to bounce prospective on a more intricate file or matter.
About the Role:
Our client is looking to bring on a mid-level commercial property specialist that can firstly handle a caseload, but also potentially be interested in progressing long term and therefor take up more guidance and team lead matters with the junior team members.
The matters available to you would include but not limited to;
- Buying and Selling of Commercial Property files.
- Leases and Letting Commercial Property.
- Landlord and Tenant.
- Commercial Property Investment & Management.
- Development.
About You:
- The ideal candidate will be a 3 to 8 year PQE Solicitor or Executive with the following traits and experience;
- Been able to conduct land registry searches with minimal assistance.
- You will possess strong technical knowledge and should have a meticulous eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and consultancy skills in order to confidently engage with colleagues and clients
