We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Order Picker located in the Rochdale area. This opportunity is within a well known global manufacturing company who are well established.
As an Order Picker you are responsible to ensure efficient and accurate handling of stock and ensure maximum efficiency and correctness when picking packing and shipping orders.

Monday to Thursday
- 8am to 4.30pm and
Friday
- 8am to 3.30pm
Salary
- £11.44 per hour
Responsibilities of an Order Picker
- Navigate warehouse layout to collect items on pick lists
- Handle products with care to avoid damage
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Utilize warehouse management systems to log pick activities and record incoming/outgoing stock
- Ensure all shipments are labeled and recorded, along with quality checking all shipments.
Skills & experience of an Order Picker
- Experience working in a Warehouse environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
- Computer literate and experience of using WMS
- FLT Counterbalance and/or Reach - desirable
- Ability to undertake duties including lifting and carrying weights upto 20kg approx.
