Head of Consulting
We are seeking a Head of Consulting to join a team chosen by O'Reilly to write the book on Kubernetes security and by Google to audit GKE.
In this role, you will work closely with key partners and clients, oversee project delivery, and serve as the final escalation point for anything client-related. You will participate in business development to generate new business, create supportive materials, and support the sales and marketing team. Alongside your hands-on responsibilities, you will manage 3 Engineering Managers and indirectly over 30 consultants.
The company's CTO/Founder is a well-known figure in the Cloud Native space, encouraging the company to work closely with the Linux Foundation and OpenSSF to share their expertise and contribute to open-source projects. The company values and requires a technical background regardless of seniority in the business.
Please apply if you have:
- Prior experience in senior consultancy role with a focus on Devops, Cloud or Security
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record of generating new business opportunities.
- Experience with developing client relationships with supervision of project delivery
- Proven leadership and people management experience (with min 10+ team members)
Location: London (hybrid model with occasional travel to London)
Base salary up to £140,000 plus benefits, including up to a 20% performance bonus
