The Role:
You will be responsible for overseeing the Operations, Manage the team performance, supervise the operations, manage the customs clearance process plus keep in regular contact with their customers, suppliers always for a great customer service experience
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in Operations / Logistics
- Management / Supervisory skills - strong leadership skills
- Familiar with shipping documentation / customs
- Good customer services skills
- Good IT knowledge
