Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee prudential regulatory requirements.
- Conduct ICARA assessments and ensure compliance with IFPR.
- Prepare and submit regulatory returns.
- Liaise with the PRA and other regulatory bodies.
- Perform resilience checking and stress testing.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory changes and their impact on the business.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar prudential role.
- Strong knowledge of MiFIDPru, IFPR, ICARA, and regulatory returns.
- Background in accountancy, investment firms, consultancy, or banking.
- Accountancy qualifications (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
