The Role
The Sales Representative will serve as the initial point of contact for all new & existing patients, providing exceptional customer service and managing all patient enquiries.
Working alongside the Smile Concierge Team, you will play a key role in establishing strong relationships with prospective patients, offering comprehensive information about our services, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience from the initial contact through to scheduling consultations. You will also assist with ongoing care needs, including repairs and aftercare appointments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for new and existing patients, addressing inquiries via phone, email, and online forms.
- Build rapport with potential patients by listening to their concerns, understanding their cosmetic goals, and answering their initial questions.
- Provide patients with detailed information about available cosmetic dental treatments, including benefits, timelines, and expectations.
- Educate patients on the clinic's unique offerings and the expertise of the clinical team to build trust and excitement.
- Respond quickly to patient inquiries
- Convert inquiries into potential sales by booking face to face or video consultations, with the dentist..
- Follow up with potential patients who have shown interest but have not yet booked a consultation.
- Relay patient concerns and preferences to the clinical team to prepare for the consultation
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong sales skills, with experience in closing sales and guiding patients through treatment plans.
- Previous experience in a dental, healthcare, or customer service role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and patient relationships with empathy and professionalism.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced, customer focused environment
- Excellent computer skills in Microsoft 365 and computer systems
- Good time management and organisational skills

Location & Hours
Hybrid Working. Onsite Location : Central London.
Full Time Position, working 40 hours across 5 days.
Between the hours of 9am and 7pm Monday to Saturday on a rota basis
