Customer Services / Contact Centre / Call Centre / Customer Relationship Executive Peterborough £24-28k plus monthly commission

We have a rare opportunity to join our established client, within a growth business area, where you will be a key player in the initial start-up and have the opportunity to become a more senior member as the team grows.
You will be working with a committed and client focussed team of people, ensuring customer satisfaction and completing projects on behalf of varying clients.
Duties will include a mixture of inbound and outbound call management, database management, enquiry investigation and resolution and reporting. This role will vary dependent upon client needs and projects currently being managed.
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, either within a telephone or face to face environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A career mindset; you aspire to grow and develop your skills further
- Able to adapt within a variable working environment
- Creative thinking; you will be able to think outside of the box, suggest ideas and solutions
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to really start their career. You will be required to work on a rotational shift basis between the hours of 9am and 9pm Monday to Friday, with the requirement to work every other Saturday 10am – 6:30pm (a day off in the week will be given in lieu).
Salary will be dependent upon experience.
