What you will do:

Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team to manage reception duties, greet visitors, and maintain a welcoming office environment. Responsibilities include:

  • Keeping the office tidy, managing supplies, clearing meeting rooms, and coordinating post and couriers.
  • You'll assist with facilities management, schedule maintenance visits, and manage travel arrangements.
  • Support duties include expense collection and review, following up with project managers, and managing queries from the support inbox.
  • You will schedule meetings, assist with recruitment activities, organise social events, and provide IT/AV troubleshooting support.
  • Additionally, you will maintain electronic filing systems, assist with onboarding new joiners, and manage client non-disclosure agreements.
  • Other tasks include recording supplier invoices, maintaining records, and offering ad hoc assistance with various processes and projects.
  • Participation in the social committee and other duties as required are also part of this role

What you will need:

You have at least 2 years of experience in an office administrator or team assistant role, ideally in a high-growth, fast-paced professional services company. Proficient in MS Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, you communicate effectively and maintain discretion. A self-starter who excels both independently and in a team, you anticipate and address issues calmly, demonstrating strong organisational skills.

Passionate about personal development, you manage multiple responsibilities under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Flexible and creative, you use sound judgement to navigate an evolving work environment and are open to new ideas and ways of working.
