Harvey Jones have hand built more than 15,000 bespoke kitchens and know exactly what it takes to deliver furniture that our clients are proud to use and have in their homes. We craft our kitchens in seven simple, beautifully made designs. They are built to last using traditional construction techniques, and each design can be customised and personalised to our client's exact needs and tastes. We are a growing company with showrooms across the UK and plans to open more, our award-winning ranges and projects are regularly featured across magazines, newspapers, and design websites.

As Creative Graphic Designer, you will be a naturally artistic person that understands the commercial impact of a ‘good first impression' for our brand. Working alongside the marketing department you will be self-motivated, passionate about branding and ‘look-and-feel', and full of ideas and innovation to help elevate the Harvey Jones brand, and campaign performance.

We are a fast paced team, driven by performance results and the learnings that they provide to elevate our brand.

Responsibilities:?

We are a digital-first brand with an eye for design detail, you will help transform our brand with an industry leading ‘look-and-feel' to disrupt the premium home interiors sector.

  • Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including website, paid social media, email campaigns, offline media, brochures and showroom POS requirements
  • Adopt a mobile-first approach when creating digital assets
  • Work with our wider marketing team to produce campaign assets during our peak trading periods
  • Manage and maintain our marketing asset library, including photography
  • Work with our internal team and external agencies to adapt creative assets to maximise performance
  • Support with, and produce any internal and external branded collateral for our client journey
  • Act as a brand ambassador to ensure brand guidelines are followed across all areas of the business

Essential skills:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience
  • Forward thinking, creative, disruptive mindset
  • Proven creative ability and able to demonstrate with up to date portfolio of work
  • Be guided by metrics to improve campaign performance
  • Be able to work to a brief and translate into strong visual assets
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other graphic design software
  • Strong understanding of web design principles and best practices
  • Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript is a plus
  • Familiarity with WordPress is preferred
