Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor, Up to £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits, Manchester, Hybrid Working i.e. 3 Days a week working from home and 2 days in the office.

Overview of the Internal Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor:

Working with a brand new and recently acquired client, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Coordinator dealing with all its Contingent Workers).

The Recruitment Coordinator / Advisor will support the team to deliver a quality led candidate experience, providing day to day management of the contingent workforce population and co-ordinating all contractor interviews.

The Recruitment Coordinator will also be accountable for the governance and compliance of all contingent workers, ensuring adherence to all policies, processes and procedures.

In addition, you will manage recruitment activity (where required) by liaising with Hiring Managers, Delivery Team and third parties to deliver a best-in-class service.

Recruitment Coordinator Duties:

  • Co-ordination of all contractor interviews across UK and US (dealing with both candidate and hiring manager)
  • Monitor active contingent workforce data to mitigate risk i.e. data checks to include rights to work, tenure, insurances and IR35 classification
  • Track contingent workforce end dates and request extension requests or process leavers accordingly
  • Ensuring data integrity of the Vendor Management System (Talentlink)
  • Work with the Compliance and On-boarding team to ensure compliance records are completed and filed
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment activity, where required, to support the team

Ideal Background:

  • Previous experience of recruitment co-ordination in a specialist professional workforce MSP account is a strong advantage to this position
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced, high-volume environment dealing with temporary / contingent workers is a strong advantage to this position.
  • Financial Services Industry background is preferable
