General Administrator

Our client are seeking a dynamic, flexible administrator to join their growing team in the heart of beautiful Henley - on-Thames on a part-time basis.

Ideally with a background in banking and administration, you will join a small but busy team and provide support across a variety of areas including daily administration, bookkeeping and Secretarial Matters.

Working Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm from the office in Henley, you will be part of a successful business as they transition into their next stage of growth.

Key Duties:

  • Bookkeeping duties
  • Support with Company Secretarial Matters
  • Preparing, reviewing and monitoring payments and invoices
  • VAT returns and year-end accounting
  • AML & KYC procedures
  • Updating and maintaining CRM and databases
  • Liaising with solicitors on behalf of the company
  • Maintaining accurate records

The right person:

  • Background in banking/commercial lending
  • Previous Administration experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Excel for reporting and formulas
  • Experience with Xero
  • Highly organised
  • Good eye for detail
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proactive attitude and flexibility to support with a variety of tasks
