C&B Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced automotive Workshop Controller to join a busy and well respected main dealer group in Stockport.
You will need previous experience working as a workshop controller within a bodyshop environment with a proven track record.
Workshop Controller Role Overview:
- Assisting the Service manager in running the workshop.
- Attend and participate in performance related management/team meetings
- Establish staff training needs; communicate training requests
- Coordinate and schedule work for the technician's.
- Ensuring a strong relationship is maintained with the parts department to maximise parts
- availability.
- Handle customer complaints immediately and according to company guidelines.
- Liaising with other Managers to ensure all responsibilities are covered on a daily basis.
Workshop Controller Requirements:
- Experience working as a workshop controller/assistant service manager within the Motortrade.
- Proven track record.
- Stable Career history.
- Full driving license is required.
