Logistics Administrator

Quick Staff UK is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of an established organisation based in the Treforest area of south Wales. On their behalf, we are looking to recruit a part-time Logistics Administrator to join their team.

The Logistics Administrator will join a busy customer service, shipping, and planning department, primarily responsible for providing effective customer service & shipping admin service to the business, alongside providing support to the production department via execution and administration of the production plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support production department - regarding reception and allocation on SAP of main raw materials.
  • Support the main production facility via execution & instigation of the production plan on SAP.

Personal Specification of the Customer Service & Shipping Administrator

  • ERP system experience mandatory. SAP preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building skills - customers, colleagues, and suppliers.
  • Excellent IT skills, including MS Office Excel.
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday
4hrs a day or 2.5 full days

Salary:
£14.00p/hr
