Our client, based near Surbiton are seeking a part time Finance Assistant to join their friendly and growing business. This will be a temporary role initially starting ASAP with the view to go Permanent.
In this role we are looking for someone able to work 20 - 25 hours per week. Our client is flexible on how this will be split between the week but ideally looking for a minimum of 3 to 4 days per week.
This is a varied role, working in a brilliantly supportive business. Day to day your duties may include:
- Raising sales invoices
- Debt management - speaking to clients regarding overdue debts
- Dealing with client enquiries
- CIS returns
- Staff expenses
- Setting up Direct debits
- Accounts reconciliation
- Supporting / covering the Accounts payable as required
- Other administrative duties
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience dealing with an all-round Accounts Assistant role
- Good IT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- A fast learner with excellent organisational skills
