Database Support Engineer
Salary: Competitive Market Rates + Bonus
Job Type: Permanent
Hybrid Model: 3 days a week onsite
Location: City of London
Key Responsibilities
- Providing BAU Support for the Database team
- Configuring and troubleshooting the SQL server
- Monitoring and reporting on database checks
- Assisting in database deployment.
- Scripting and Automating processes for application delivery
- Collaborating with various members to ensure project delivery
Requirements
- Strong experience with MS SQL (Accreditation would be preferable)
- Knowledge of TDatabase Security concepts in Windows and Linux environments
- Dealing with Disaster Recover (DR)
- Automation skills with Ansible
- Strong programming knowledge i.e Python, Java, SQL, Powershell etc.
- Understanding of Cloud technology
