Amour Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our client based near Southampton.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This position requires a proactive individual who can effectively manage HR operations, support employee development, and ensure compliance with employment laws.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for fostering a positive workplace culture while implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with their organisational goals.

Skills

  • Proven experience in human resources management
  • CIPD level 5 or above or equivalent
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Hours: Monday to Friday 0800-1700

Salary: up to £60,000
