Title: Regulatory Analyst
Location: London, UK (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 months (possible Contract to Hire)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the application process for becoming an Approved Reporting Mechanism (ARM) under the UK & EU Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MIFID).
- Determine the required information and work with stakeholders to provide both narrative responses and documentary evidence.
- Track completion and collate materials for the submission.
- Complete the application form and ensure responses adequately provide the required information.
- Facilitate group discussions to address progress and any issues or questions arising from the project.
- Provide regular updates to management regarding progress and escalate issues as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
