THE IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN ROLE:
- You will be responsible for providing device and application support, maintaining common hardware and troubleshooting problems.
- You will set up and check devices, carrying out any required repairs.
- Resolve support requests in line with the service SLA and escalate if necessary.
- Report and track any ongoing issues with external providers.
- Complete various administrative tasks and ensure documentation is kept up to date.
IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN - ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- A good understanding of devices and applications.
- Experience troubleshooting problems.
- Ability to detect and diagnose application errors.
- Previous experience in an IT environment.
- Hold a driver's licence and be eligible for an Enhanced DBS check.
