About the National Account Manager (Buy-To-Let) Role:
The National Account Manager (Buy-To-Let) is a remote position responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers, Networks, and Mortgage Clubs to increase market share and profitability.
Responsibilities of the National Account Manager (Buy-To-Let) :
- Identify and pursue new business lending opportunities.
- Target, onboard, and manage relationships with Mortgage Clubs and Networks.
- Represent the Bank at Network and Club roadshows.
- Act as the first line of contact for case enquiries.
- Provide updates on products, services, and promotions to brokers.
- Offer support to brokers in processing applications and resolving issues.
- Generate new business leads through targeted visits to intermediaries.
- Educate brokers about buy-to-let mortgage products and processes.
- Negotiate and secure deals that align with lending policies.
- Monitor market trends in the buy-to-let and property finance sector.
Experience Required of the National Account Manager (Buy-To-Let) :
Proven experience in the Buy to Let sector working with Mortgage Clubs and Networks.
Required Skills of the National Account Manager (Buy-To-Let) :
- Strong understanding of the buy-to-let market and property finance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
