CRM Marketing Executive

A global law firm is seeking a CRM Marketing Executive to join their Marketing & Business Development team. This role supports CRM and e-Marketing efforts, with a focus on tracking and reporting on business development activities.
Key responsibilities include managing the CRM database (InterAction) and e-Marketing platform (Vuture), resolving user queries, and supporting CRM training programs. The role also involves leading data management tasks such as folder archiving and categorisation, collaborating on the creation of marketing lists, and ensuring data quality. Additionally, you will oversee e-Marketing campaign scheduling and provide guidance to users.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in a similar role within professional services, proficiency in MS Office and marketing tools like Vuture, and strong skills in data analysis, problem-solving, and communication.
