What We Are Looking For

We are in search of an experienced Marketing Manager who is not only a strategist but also a hands-on executor of B2B marketing campaigns. You will lead a capable marketing team at our national support centre, driving growth and elevating our market position.

Experience and Professional Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role with a proven track record.
  • Experience in managing and leading a marketing team.
  • Strong foundation in B2B marketing, understanding buyer behaviour and effective marketing channels.
  • Skilled in the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns that align with strategic goals.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms like HubSpot is desirable.
  • Ability to analyse marketing performance metrics and make data-informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a flair for nurturing relationships with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Marketing Management: Develop and manage the overall marketing strategy to ensure alignment with the company's objectives.
  • Lead Generation and Campaign Management: Identify market trends and opportunities, oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, manage the marketing budget, and evaluate campaign performance.
  • Team Leadership and Development: Lead the marketing team, setting clear goals and KPIs, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture, and managing team structure and development to ensure optimal performance and colleague satisfaction.

Additional Information:

  • The successful candidate will need to provide a full five-year checkable employment history and undergo a personal credit and right to work compliance check.
  • Relevant marketing qualifications or a degree in a related field is highly desirable.
