Your new company
Our client is a medium sized and rapidly growing group of manufacturing businesses. Reporting to an inspiring FD who can help develop the incumbent, this role will provide Financial Analysis and insight into profitability at a subsidiary level. The company offers hybrid working and a bonus scheme. You will partner divisional MD's and operations teams and will analyse bill of materials and volumes to help the teams improve EBITDA.
Your new role
In the role of Finance Business Partner you will support the finance function by providing insightful analysis on financial performance and work closely with operational partners to help them make better decisions.
Tasks will include:
Analysis of BOM's and Monthly Management accounts to drive EBITDA improvement.
Provision of weekly KPI's for board report
Analysis of financial and commercial data for insight.
Partnering Operational leaders to help them understand financial performance.
Business case presentation and Scenario planning.
Provide support to commercial team.
Support development and use of the ERP system.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a part or fully qualified accountant with a passion for business partnering and experience of Manufacturing.
You should have strong analysis and interpersonal skills.
Exposure to forecasting and budgeting is essential.
Strong systems skills including intermediate to advanced Excel.
