Job Role

To co-ordinate, manage and resolve complaints of anti-social behaviour and take appropriate action to create stronger and safer communities.

Key Responsibilities

Regular contact with complainants and their representatives regarding complaints of anti-social behaviour.

Ensure by investigation, negotiation, and enforcement that tenants comply with their conditions of tenancy regarding nuisance and anti-social behaviour.

To collect witness statements and evidence for cases referred to court, attending court as required.

To liaise with partner agencies such as the Police, Solicitors, Social Services, Probation Services, and other relevant agencies including resident groups, Neighborhood Action Teams and other council services in terms of the resolution of harassment and nuisance and to participate in case conferences and multi-agency meetings when required.

To manage casework in relation to anti-social behaviour in line with the countywide Incremental Approach to anti-social behaviour, using the Sentinel case management system.

To undertake and engage with proactive community-based work and events with partner agencies to build stronger and safter communities, and to build trust and confidence with our residents.
